Return & Exchange Policy – SAFWA

At The Safwa, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, the payment made is non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy (Only in Specific Cases)
We only offer exchange in the following situations:

  • If the product you received is damaged

  • If you received the wrong color

  • If there is a defect in the product

In these cases, you are eligible for an exchange only — no refunds will be provided.

3. Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You must provide proof (images/videos) of the issue

4. Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not accept exchange requests for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Minor color difference due to lighting/screen

5. Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team with your order details and issue

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process

  • The replacement product will be delivered after verification

6. Shipping Charges

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the exchange shipping

  • For any other approved exchange requests, shipping charges may apply
